Our winery elaborates all its wines in its modernized premises with an important production of controlled vineyards, belonging to the farmers with whom we have been working for many years.

The winery possesses the amazing amount of 600 American oak barrels which can hold up to 300 litres each and where our wines can "sleep" and mature in optimal organleptic conditions, not only during the ageing in oak but also once it has been bottled.

The result out of the whole process, closely monitored by our oenologist is our top class wine which has a style of its own which is widely differentiated from the rest.
